For prepaid orders, if our courier partners are unable to deliver the product and they send it back to us, we will initiate a full refund to your account, which will reflect within 72 hours of initiation.
- You can track your order once it has been dispatched from our warehouse. An email and Whatsapp notification will be sent to you with a link.
- To find out when your order is arriving, click on the Menu bar on your left side of the screen.
- Click on TRACK ORDERS and enter your Order details to see the order status.
- You cannot track recently placed orders. If you cannot find any update on your order on the TRACK ORDERS page, click on the Chat Icon at the bottom right corner of the website and enter your Order number to see the fulfillment status.
No. Wear Heroic provides FREE shipping for all orders within India. However, shipping charges will be added for COD orders.

For orders within India you can pay via debit or credit card, UPI, wallets, Net Banking or Cash on Delivery.
